I started my career in 1991 for a large independent insurance agency in Southfield where I began to develop the strong relationships with the companies I represent today. When it comes to customer satisfaction, especially when it pertains to having your claim handled properly, it is important to have an agent that has strong relationships with you your insurance company and can push things through should their be any sort of delay. As an independent agent I am contracted through the Berkfield & Co Ltd Insurance Agency not the insurance companies I represent which enables me to be in your corner should a claim fall in a grey area or if you need help in a claim process . I work for you not the insurance company.

I am an advocate for the consumer here in Michigan and have been working tiressly to bring down our auto insuruance premiums. I have beenworking with State Representatives and State Senators to improve our insurance in this state. I do not belive the current law coming into effect July 1st of 2020 will produce the saving results Michiganders are looking for.
