I started my career in 1991 for a large independent insurance agency in Southfield where I began to develop the strong relationships with the companies I represent today.  When it comes to customer satisfaction, especially when it pertains to having your claim handled properly, it is important to have an agent that has strong relationships with you your insurance company and can push things through should their be any sort of delay.  As an independent agent I am employed through my agency the Berkfield & Co Ltd / Waterford Insurance Agencies not the insurance companies I represent.  I work for you not the insurance company.

I am a life long resident of the Troy, Birmingham, Michigan area.  While I'm not working, I love to work out at Lifetime Fitness, cycle, spend time out on the local lakes boating, and spend time entertaining friends and family. I am also involved with several networking organizations as well as Variety The Children's Charity and The Open Door Outreach Center.
